"My Mother complimented your repair shop stating that she had been coming to only you for her automotive repair for quite some time. I am visiting my home town which I left back in 1977. So I didn’t know where to go, having problems with a dealership in my current location. I called your shop and I can’t remember the young lady’s name but when I first called and explained the current symptoms. She happily listened to my explanation and told me what it may be so I asked her what a price might be if it was what she had thought that the problem might be, which I agreed with her. She called me back with an approximate price plus diagnostic time. I asked for an appointment to get a diagnostic done and she gave me one 2 weeks, which was their earliest available time, from my calling. She happily set me up. I received a call from her a bit later and she stated that the problems that I was having kind of didn’t sound right so she did a bit of looking on a “How To” site on line. She found a incident on line that kind of matched the symptoms that my vehicle was having,plus a possible fix. I did what she had stated to do. It WORKED!! If they could do this for me, I would rely on this repair shop for any and ALL of my possible repair needs. It’s no wonder why my Mother recommends this location for any of her automotive repairs. Klemenc exceeded expectations, with both diligence in their craft and a seriously impressive work ethic. They worked through all the many NE OH weather conditions that were thrown at them, were so pleasant and professional to work with (despite the miserable weather), and stayed true to their high quality standards. "Dan Sr & Jr: You repaired the frames to two lower panels of my wooden overhead garage doors. The frames had been attacked by wood eating millipedes. Your Weaver Woodworks LLC repair plan and ensuing craftsmanship were superb. When I returned home to my computer, I searched (out of curiosity) for the cost of 2 new 9' X 8' wooden replacement garage doors. I was stunned to see that a pair made of cedar were $2925.00 each. What you charged me for the repair of the two lower panels of each of my doors was .058% of the cost of buying two new cedar overhead replacement doors, excluding shipping and tax. "
"WOW! T-Jay's Service is one of the best places to get your car fixed. My husband and I needed work done to both of our cars. Mine needed a new bumper, thanks to the pole I hit and my husband needed a few scratches fixed. I stopped by T-Jay's to early to get a quote and met with the owner, who was extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. He looked over my car and gave me a quote. Not only did he explain the costs, but he showed me what parts I needed. The best part is, before I left he screwed in my bummer that was falling off so it wouldn't come off until I brought it back into the shop to get fixed. I have never met someone in the auto industry that showed they cared about my safety! A week later I dropped my car off on a Sunday for them to work on it Monday. My husband and I planned to pick up my car Monday evening and then drop his off to get fixed, but when I went to get it, I learned my car was not ready. I wasn't to upset, because the owner let me know that my car was to be the first car the next morning to be worked on and that they needed more than one day to work on it. With my car not fixed and my husband needing to drop his off, the owner of T-Jay's PAID for a rental car for us. He went out of his way to make sure that we had a vehicle until our cars were ready. With one call we were on our way to rental car company and on our way home. My husband and I are very pleased with the professionalism, kindness and care we received.
