The difference that separates the good from the not so good contractor is how challenges are handled and how problems are communicated. The unit was so old that a replacement wasn't available at a reasonable price, so they referred us to a local showroom to look at new sets. On the day set for our appointment, Scott and another worker came, took out the old firebox--which only worked with the particular set we had to replace--put in the new firebox and logs, and had us up and running again.
